Role at Passion.io At Passion.io, creators come to us with big goals: launch apps, scale their coaching, build real businesses without code. Your mission? Be the first human voice they connect with. The one who listens, qualifies, challenges, and uncovers whether Passion is truly the right next step for them. You’ll sit right at the top of our revenue engine - owning inbound and outbound, feeding high-quality opportunities into our Account Executives’ calendars, and directly shaping the health of our sales pipeline. Responsibilities High-volume outbound hustle Smart inbound qualification Strong discovery instincts And a very human approach to selling Kick off each morning with a sales stand-up - status checks, pipeline momentum, and win celebrations Own inbound conversations via the HubSpot inbox Run outbound across calls, SMS, email, and social to create new opportunities Book qualified meetings directly onto AE calendars Run discovery calls & Passion Success Calls to assess fit, readiness, and buying intent Assist AEs with follow-ups and momentum-driving actions Proactively communicate insights, objections, and context to help deals move faster Qualify opportunities cleanly and pass them forward with clarity and confidence Success metrics Seeing opportunity → qualifying it properly → advancing it forward - consistently growing pipeline and helping the entire sales team win. Requirements Your Starter Pack for Success 2+ years experience as an SDR / Sales Setter Proven track record generating qualified outbound appointments that close Experience in SaaS, Coaching, or the Creator Economy Comfortable handling high-volume outbound (100+ touch points / day baseline) Confident making a high volume of outbound calls Friendly, professional, but firm when needed Naturally inquisitive - you ask great questions and actually listen Bonus XP Creator economy experience selling high-ticket coaching or programs Consistently setting 3+ qualified outbound meetings per day Experience driving opportunities with $15k+ TCV Strong soft skills - you know how to connect, challenge, and guide Hungry, competitive, and motivated by performance How You Move (Your Sales Mojo) Confident communicator who connects fast Curious, sharp, and solution-oriented Resilient - rejection doesn’t rattle you Organized and disciplined with pipeline hygiene Thrives in momentum-driven, performance-focused environments Loves the chase and the craft of selling Fine print: Ability and willingness to work in EST or PST hours are essential Benefits ❤️ The Passion.io Experience: What We Do & How We Work At Passion.io, we’re on a mission to empower creators to build and monetize their own mobile apps - without coding.
