Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager for SSC regional operationsSSC Engineering and Manufacturing CompanySobre nuestro clienteMultinational company within the engineering and manufacturing sector, known for its robust operations in Mexico ´s Shared Service Center.DescripciónRegional Scope SSC for USA, Canada, Mexico, IrelandExperience of statutory financial reporting, under IFRS and local GAAPs.Experience of Cash Management within in a complex international and multi-currency environmentProven experience leading teams in a Shared Service or multinational environment.Supervise and mentor a team of general ledger specialistsOversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries and reconciliationsEnsure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements, SOX.Perfil buscadoA degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Master ´s degree or CPA is preferred.English advanced10 years of experience in a financial accounting and reporting role, R2R, General Ledger, etc.Most recent role in a managerial position.Experience with regional roles giving service to countries as US, Canada its a plus.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards under IFRS, SOX Control and local regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems as SAP and Excel.Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry in a SSC is an advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Qué OfrecemosCompetitive salary + additional benefits.Professional development opportunities.100% on site position in Mexico State.Multiculural collaborative work environment.Opportunities to enhance skills and grow within the accounting and finance department.#J-*****-Ljbffr
