A prominent multilatina technology company has requested our assistance in the search for a Software Business Developer Manager for the U.S. market with the following profile:ChallengeThe primary objective is to drive growth by identifying and securing new clients in need of customized software solutions, application modernization, or enterprise integration services. This professional acts as a strategic partner, adept at diagnosing the key business challenges faced by clients and articulating how the technical capabilities of the software factory can be leveraged to deliver effective, tailored solutions.ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Senior professional with a proven track record of 10 or more years in sales and marketing within a Digital Factory (Software Development), focusing on application development and management, software construction methodologies, or the design and implementation of enterprise software (not IT service sales).Experience in analyzing and capturing clients' business needs and preparing commercial proposals.Experience in sales for the U.S. market; candidates may reside within the U.S. or in any Central American country, Colombia, República Dominicana, Puerto Rico, México or Panama, holding a valid U.S. visa.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Understanding of business process automation, desktop task automation, agile methodologies for building business applications, DevOps, and coding based on best practices.Knowledge of incremental business application development, cloud solutions, enterprise integration, application modernization, and cloud migration.Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, SCRUM, DEVOPS, PMP, CLOUD ARCHITECT, and CLOUD ADVISOR are valued.CompetenciesCommunicationInfluence and persuasionResults-oriented mindset
