**About OLIVER**OLIVER is a rapidly expanding global creative services agency with a twist: we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.It's a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work.**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:The Digital Designer will be a part of the creative team and be responsible for carrying out creative adaptation work.As a designer you will need to be comfortable with taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.You will be producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Creation of master media assets for web and apps, guidelines and visual identity.- Creation by assets for media plans, adaptations, promotional concepts creation.- To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of creative quality.- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.- Producing beautiful and innovative work across platforms and channels based on Client's brief.- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.- To ensure that creative output is of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork.- To work closely with the project manager & co-creators to execute adaptations that adequately comply with graphic concepts and guidelines of different media and social platforms.- To assist & proactively pitch creative solutions in response to Client's requirements, briefs & marketing strategies- To manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications- To ensure all design work adheres to the platforms guidelines and requirements**Abilities / Competences**:- A passion for design and conception.- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.- Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off.While also effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery- Excellent Adobe suite skills Excellent motion design skill set.- Experience in: Digital, Print, Web Design, Artwork, Production.- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.**Experience and Eduacation**:- English Level: Advanced in Writing and Listening.Intermediate for Speaking.- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or similar.- At least 1-2 years of provable experience.**What do we offer?**- Monthly Base Salary: $22,****** MX (sueldo bruto)- Above Law Benefits since day one.- Hybrid work system - twice a month in the client ´s office.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $22,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años de experiência tienes como Digital Designer?- ¿Tienes experiência en la creación de masters media assets para web y apps?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?
