**About TMF Group**TMF Group is a leading global provider of high-value business services to clients operating and investing globally.We focus on providing specialized and business-critical financial and administrative services that enable our clients to operate their corporate structures, finance vehicles and investment funds in different geographical locations.**About the Role**This position will be a key function in the Global Bid Management team, supporting Global Sales in their preparation of proposals.They will be key in preparing proposal responses using our proposal automation platform, preparing and consolidating fees, and managing requests and responses from within the organization.This is an entry level role into the Global Bid Management team, but the role will also be expected to take ownership of smaller/simpler bid requests and standard pricing requests while benefiting from on-the-job training and coaching from experienced bid management colleagues.**Key Responsibilities**- Work with Global Bid Managers on Global Deals (All Practices).- Assist in preparing global proposals, coordinate communications, deliverables and schedules/bid plans utilizing our Proposal automation tool- Prepare and consolidate commercial fees received from standard price books and/or multiple countries.- Liaise with business development team colleagues, overseas offices, business partners and other key stakeholders.- Monitor the on-going status of assigned tasks and facilitate calls to discuss progress or issues.- Assist in final production of submittal of global proposals according to specifications including review, proof reading and editing of responses- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.**Key Requirements**- Attention to commercial and financial details- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word- Organized, with good time management skills- Team player- Analytical and logical thinking- Proactive, problem solving**Skills and Experience**- First experience in bid management is preferred, but not required- Good Microsoft user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English, fluency in Spanish is advantage- Self-learner, who is able and willing to learn from experience**What's in it for you?****Pathways for career development**- Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work.- We provide internal career opportunities, so you can take your career further within TMF.- Continuous development is supported through global learning opportunities from the TMF Business Academy.**Making an impact**- You'll be helping us to make the world a simpler place to do business for our clients.- Through our corporate social responsibility program, you'll also be making a difference in the communities where we work.**A supportive environment**- Strong feedback culture to help build an engaging workplace.- Our inclusive work environment allows you to work from our offices around the world, as well as from home, helping you find the right work-life balance to perform at your best.
