Supervisa con la ayuda de su Asistente de Mercadotecnia la creación de diagramas de flujo, lineboards y herramientas para el uso de Compras, Planeación, Asignación, Cadena de Suministro, Visual Merch y Operaciones de Tienda.* Mantener el conocimiento de la competencia en relación con el valor del producto y la rentabilidad del cliente.* Entrenar y desarrollar a los vendedores asistentes y en prácticas.* Presentar al liderazgo en reuniones clave apoyando a la o el Comerciante Senior.* Asistir y ayudar a presentar en las reuniones de venta para las principales cuentas, según sea necesario y requerido por el equipo de ventas al por mayor.* Apoyar la innovación y el liderazgo de pensamiento en surtidos de productos, modelos de negocio y procesos para ayudar a encontrar soluciones creativas para una mayor eficiencia, crecimiento sostenible y desarrollo exitoso de la marca en nuestro mercado competitivo.* Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias de comercialización de la marca Carter's Wholesale* Comprender la dirección y la visión de la marca para apoyar la selección y el desarrollo de productos que satisfagan las necesidades mexicanas para todos los canales.* Desarrollar hojas de línea de temporada y apoyar el lanzamiento de cada temporada; utilizar los resultados históricos como guía.* Aplicar los datos de ventas, las tendencias del mercado y las huellas de las tiendas para apoyar el desarrollo del surtido prescriptivo y las directrices de mobiliario para nuestras tiendas minoristas.* Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias a corto y largo plazo para el crecimiento en nuevos canales o clientes, evaluando el posicionamiento de la marca.We've become an industry leader by providing quality – from the clothing we sell to the careers we offer our team.
