OverviewTake the chance to read the Job Description, you can find the office ´s location, compensation and information about this role :We are seeking a meticulous Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team.The successful candidate will ensure that compensation strategies align with the company's global objectives while remaining competitive and compliant with local regulations.The Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.Design, review, and manage regional compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with the company's global compensation philosophy and local market needs.Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, driving the adoption of best practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing regional program efficiency.Provide backup support during regional absences, assisting with benefits administration or resolving escalated issues as needed.Maintain accurate and current compensation data in the HRIS and other systems to ensure data quality for reporting and analysis.Conduct audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.QualificationsProficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for compensation and benefits analysis.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field or sufficient relevant experience.Benefits & Details~Indeterminate contract; Work Schedule & LocationHybrid Scheme: 4 days in Office and 1 day in house.Our Location is on Carretera Mexico TolucaVery near to Paradero El Yaqui.#J-*****-Ljbffr
