The successful candidate will ensure that compensation strategies align with the company's global objectives while remaining competitive and compliant with local regulations. The Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement. Responsibilities Analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement. Design, review, and manage regional compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with the company's global compensation philosophy and local market needs. Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, driving the adoption of best practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing regional program efficiency. Provide backup support during regional absences, assisting with benefits administration or resolving escalated issues as needed. Maintain accurate and current compensation data in the HRIS and other systems to ensure data quality for reporting and analysis. Conduct audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for compensation and benefits analysis. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field or sufficient relevant experience. Benefits & Details ~Indeterminate contract; Work Schedule & Location Hybrid Scheme: 4 days in Office and 1 day in house.
