b>Sales Managerb>Position:Sales Manager – Mexico. We need a hunter with a strong business‑development mindset to expand our PVC window network and deliver excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales activities to achieve external sales goals.Prepare annual sales forecasts and collaborate with planning to ensure product availability.Define commercial policies and ensure customer‑service agreements are met.Deliver outstanding service, understand customer needs and resolve product or service complaints.Promote DeCeuninck products and grow the manufacturer network nationally and internationally.Establish clear communication channels with manufacturers.Build trust and strong relationships between DeCeuninck and its manufacturers, distributors and strategic partners.Propose strategies for customer growth and consolidation in the region.Specify projects with builders and designers in which DeCeuninck PVC systems are used.Represent DeCeuninck’s interests and corporate values.Support the manufacturer and distributor network to ensure commercial agreements and technical specifications are fulfilled.Provide necessary training to the manufacturer network based on DeCeuninck technical specifications.Handle after‑sales claims.Other duties within the scope of the position.Requirements5+ years in sales and sales management.Extensive experience in profiling and windows/door systems.Education: Architect, Industrial Designer, Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, Marketing and Sales or related fields.Track record in business development.Proven experience evaluating, supporting and expanding distributor networks.Strong understanding of supply chains and warehouse operations.Intermediate English, fluent Spanish.OfferJoin a European market leader with high sales growth opportunities.Full‑time, indefinite position.Competitive base salary + 10% variable compensation.Company car. #J-18808-Ljbffr
