Under limited supervision, configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software.- Under limited supervision, administers and maintains security of operating systems.- Under limited supervision, provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.- Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.Restores files or systems by designing, writing and implementing backup procedures.- Involved with problem management (2nd line support).- Supplies server solutions for internal and external clients.- Enhancements of System Images.- Under limited supervision, becomes involved with virtualization and automation.- Monitors systems for Performance management and Capacity planning.- Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, MIS or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience.- Experience Required: At least 6 years- Special Qualifications: Certifications relevant for the role.Come as You Are
