**What you'll be able to do**:- Support a operation in multiple locations in multiple US cities and Latam- Provide technical support (I.T. Applications, Infrastructure, operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to business customers throughout the facilities.- Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.- Support Business Managed Systems / DevOps in resolving incidents; Support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (e. g.
