Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:- Handle member telephone inquiries regarding their Healthcare Policy.- Research, resolve and respond in real time to member inquiries to provide first contact resolution.- Must be flexible, open to feedback and ongoing training.- Follow through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction.- Achieves all quality and productivity goals.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Detail-Oriented, Strong Work Ethic and Organized.- Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude.- Develop and Demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) behavior and maintain a high level of accountability.- Regular attendance in order to meet business objectives.Qualifications requirements:- 6 months experience in customer service or call center environment- Strong computer knowledge- Microsoft Office- System navigational skills- Availability in time during week days.Education requirements:- High School diplomaPay: $17,****** per monthWork Location: In person
