**Objetivo del Puesto**:Dirigir y supervisar todas las actividades operativas y comerciales relacionadas con el servicio Door to Door, asegurando la rentabilidad y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento competitivo de la empresa en el mercado.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Logística, Administración o afín.Experiência mínima de 5 años en el sector transporte, preferentemente en servicios Door to Door.Experiência en puestos estratégicos dentro de la operación y ventas.Competencias:Alta capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.Fuertes habilidades en administración, planeación y trabajo en equipo.Habilidades de negociación y análisis de mercado.Actividades/**Responsabilidades**:Planear, controlar, eficientizar y dirigir la operación Door To Door.Definir y desarrollar, en conjunto con el Director General, el cuadro de mando integral (CMI).Asegurar que la operación diaria cumpla con los parámetros establecidos por las autoridades estadounidenses, como el DOT y el DPS.**Supervisar el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad**: CTPAT y OEA.Negociar y establecer convenios con los carriers americanos.Garantizar el arranque óptimo de nuevos clientes y asegurar el cumplimiento eficiente de sus requerimientos en facturación y cobranza.
