Responsabilidades PrincipalesDesarrollar y ejecutar conceptos creativos bajo la guía de miembros senior del equipoTraducir estrategias de marca en soluciones visuales efectivas para empaque, identidad visual y activos de marketingColaborar en la creación y aplicación de lineamientos de marca y sistemas gráficosParticipar en sesiones creativas y trabajar en conjunto con redactores, estrategas y equipos de cuentasPreparar presentaciones visuales y archivos finales listos para producciónAsegurar la coherencia visual y cumplimiento de estándares de marca en todos los entregablesAsistir en revisiones internas y, en ocasiones, en presentaciones con el clienteMantenerse al tanto de tendencias, herramientas y tecnologías del sector para garantizar innovación en el diseñoRequisitosDe 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un rol de diseño, preferentemente en agencia o entorno de brandingPortafolio sólido que demuestre experiencia en diseño de empaques, identidad de marca y/o productos de consumoDominio de Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); conocimiento de Figma uotras herramientas digitales es un plusConocimiento de procesos de producción gráfica, troqueles y restricciones de empaqueExcelentes habilidades en tipografía, teoría del color y composiciónCapacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos en un entorno dinámicoBuenas habilidades de comunicación y presentaciónTítulo universitario en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o carrera afín#J-*****-Ljbffr
