TITLE: Demand AnalystLOCATION: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Ingredion Integra MéxicoREPORTS TO: Senior Manager Supply- Company Background:Ingredion is a Fortune 500 provider of ingredient solutions that helps nourish, comfort, sustain, and delight people around the world.Ingredion's wide range of ingredient solutions is strategically designed to address changing consumer trends and preferences.Our specialty portfolio includes starch-based texturizers, clean and simple ingredients, plant-based proteins, sugar reduction and specialty sweeteners, and food systems.Our innovative ingredient solutions are used by consumers in everyday products, from foods and beverages to paper and pharmaceuticals.And we do it all in a planet-friendly sustainable manner.We bring the potential of people, nature, and technology together to make life better.That's our purpose.We are all IN to make life betterAs a Demand Analyst, your responsibilities will include:- Deliver analyzed reports on sales forecast models in a timely manner to help us evaluate the results of forecasts according to the history and statistics that will result in the best recommendation to provide input in supply planning.- Develop new reports on SAP and JDA tools to facilitate decision-making.- Exploit to the maximum the technological tools available to the Company to streamline processes.- Ensure relations with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Warehouses.- The Demand Analyst is responsible for maintaining a 24+ month forward-looking demand plan in JDA.- This position is a key driver in ensuring that forecasts are reasonable and reflective of current sales and marketing plans as well as current market conditions.- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance in JDA.- Support Senior Manager Supply in demand reviews as well as other meetings or activities as needed.- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to the team and cross-functional partners.The Demand Analyst position is well-suited for you if you have experience with:- Customer service- Tolerance to stress- Time management- Sense of urgency- Focused on details- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Industrial Engineer and/or Related Career- English - Intermediate/advanced.- Advanced Excel user- SAP (desirable)- Forecast Models (desirable)- JDA experience (desirable)- Ingredion provides accommodations to job applicants with disabilities throughout the_- _- _- process or through the selection process, we will work with the applicant to meet the job_- _- applicant's accommodation needs._- We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.We do not_- _- discriminate_- _- on the basis of_- _- race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, gender_- _- identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, military_- _- status, or disability status._Relocation Available:No
