Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Customer Success Trainee to support our Customer Success team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in developing technical, analytical, and customer-facing skills. The Customer Success Trainee will assist in providing customer support, documenting customer needs, participating in basic technical assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to help deliver positive customer experiences. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to customer success operations, business analysis processes, and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities Assist in providing basic technical guidance and support to customers under supervision. Help document customer interactions, technical findings, and follow-up actions. Support the Leadership and Customer Success team in activities that drive customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in gathering information for business requirement documents related to customer requests or projects. Learn and develop understanding of customers’ systems, operations, and needs. Support Unit Leads with administrative tasks related to customer accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to help meet customer expectations and assist in delivering solutions. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shadowing activities to build technical and customer service capabilities. Education Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in administrative fields or Marketing (Technical oriented), Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
