**This is a full time position working at our client's site in Monterrey**At DXC, we use the power of technology to deliver the mission-critical IT services our clients need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate.We provide services through the Enterprise Technology Stack for Business Process Outsourcing, Analytics and Engineering, Applications, Security, Cloud, IT Outsourcing, and Modern Workplace.Our DXC Modern Workplace services enable clients' employees to easily find, understand and interact with IT and their colleagues anytime, anywhere and on any device.We empower a personalized experience that enables employees to work seamlessly and safely.**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:As a Field Support Representative, you will proactively work and interact with end users at customer sites, manage preventative and corrective troubleshooting of our error proofing system consisting of a computer station with a thermal printer that validates the functionality of our customer product prior to shipment.to the final destination.**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**Actively work with and handle VIP user escalations regarding acquisitions, software licenses, and other IT-related demands to keep your environment in tip-top shape.- Actively work and manage Critical Incidents through an IT Application to meet and follow established SLAs.- Have strong leadership and authority to drive internal escalations with other collaborative support groups to provide quick resolutions on business claims.- Excellent Communication Skills to work under pressure assisting Business Executive Support; Conversation in English is essential.- Faster interactions by providing replacements on Customer hardware parts (executive laptops, mobile phones, personal printers, MS Teams devices) in the operating environment related to VIP users.- High availability to serve VIP users on site or remotely during in/out Office hours.**WHO ARE YOU**:Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Information Technologies, Computer Science, Systems.Minimum 4 years of experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling accounts of significant size (Windows operating systems, MS Office 365, thermal printer, handheld scanners, and basic networking skills).Strong communication skills to listen to the client and articulate to resolve queries.Experience working with the technology industry, specifically managing accounts of significant size**WORK ENVIRONMENT**On site in MonterreyJoining DXC connects you with brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify client success.At DXC we support each other and work as a team, globally and locally.Our achievements demonstrate how we deliver excellence to our clients and colleagues.You will join a team that works to create a culture of learning, diversity and inclusion and is dedicated to strong ethics and corporate citizenship
