Professional english**Responsibilities**- Research and determine solutions for software and hardware problems.- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including accountsettings and network settings.- Ask questions to customers to quickly understand the cause of the problem.- Timely refer unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers)- Provide immediate and accurate responses and feedback to customers.- Query internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.- Ensure proper logging of all issues.- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues at once.- Follow up with customers to ensure their IT systems are fully operational after issue resolution.- Produce accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.- Maintain jovial relationships with customers.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer, maintenance engineer, computer support technician, or similar position Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments- Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to offerstep-by-step technical help, both written and oral- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field It will be valuable to have a certificate in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar technologies.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Cuál es su expectativa salarial?
