Join a leading manufacturing company that is looking for a committed and strategic Labor Relations Specialist to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and effective handling of employee complaints, requests, and labor cases through a ticketing system. Provide guidance to team leaders in conflict resolution and proper application of disciplinary actions. Manage reports, documentation, and termination processes in compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor labor claims in coordination with the Legal department, ensuring compliance with established processes. Lead internal investigations to guarantee fair and effective resolutions. Analyze employee feedback to propose actions that strengthen workplace culture and climate. Identify trends in case management and recommend proactive improvement strategies. Train leaders in conflict management to foster a healthier work environment. Maintain effective communication with union representatives to address employee needs promptly. Conduct follow-up meetings with HR leadership to evaluate progress on improvement actions. Requirements Fully Bilingual ( English and Spanish) Bachelor's degree completed. Experience in labor conflict management and union relations. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law. Skilled in managing labor relations indicators, workplace climate surveys, and internal audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
