**Si tienes experiência en manejo de personal y relaciones laborales**:Esta es tu oportunidad de traer tus conocimientos y habilidades para formar parte de un gran equipo dentro de Grupo LEGO**Se parte del éxito de nuestro equipo**:Esta posición tiene como propósito la gestión de normas y políticas referentes a la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo y salud ocupacional, además de promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo, y garantizar que se cumplan los términos acordados respecto al otorgamiento de salarios y prestaciones según marca la Ley y demás beneficios que ofrece la Empresa.**Responsabilidades**:- Soporte a las diversas áreas en temas relacionados al personal en todos los níveles.- Análisis de información sobre indicadores de ausentismo y rotación.- Asesoramiento para la prevención de riesgos laborales (Inconformidades, demandas, negociación, etc).- Dar atención puntual a las necesidades laborales del personal.- Gestión de diversos servicios y beneficios orientados al personal sindicalizado (Transportes, uniformes, entre otros.)- Aplicar y verificar el cumplimiento del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, Código de Conducta y Ley Federal de Trabajo.- Administración a la pre-nómina**¿Tienes lo que se necesita?**:- Técnico en Administración de Recursos Humanos o Afín.- Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.- Manejo de paquetería Office (Excel - intermedio / Avanzado), SAP (Modulo RH)- Experiência mínima de 2 años en manejo de personal (preferentemente ramo manufactura)- Experiência en Negociación, resolución de conflictos y comunicación asertiva.- Capacidad de análisis y simplificación de procesos.- Indispensable contar con disponibilidad de tiempo y rotar turnos- Inglés básico / Intermedio (preferente)- **Recuerda aplicar usando Google Chrome para una aplicación más sencilla usa archivo PDF para tu CV. _**What’s in it for you?**Here are some of what to expect:**Family**Care**Leave -**We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.**Insurances -**All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.**Wellbeing**- We want you to be your best self, so you’ll have access to the Headspace App and lots of wellbeing initiatives and programs run by local teams where you are based**Colleague**Discount**- We know you'll love to build so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.**Bonus**- We do our best work to succeed together.
