**Position**:Logistics Engineer - First ArticlesArrow is seeking a Logistics Engineer - First Articles to join our team in Guadalajara**This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.****What You'll Be Doing**:- Independently creates and develops first article for firmware programming per customers' technical specifications and by analyzing technical data to determine appropriate setup criteria and programming platform.- Independently solve FA-related non-Conforming's issues including corrective action to prevent from happening again.- Works closely with sales, vendors, internal and external customers for providing technical support to solve first article issues and production non-conformed programming orders.- Conduct tests of components and systems to evaluate performance and identify concerns.- Acts as technical leader for major aspects of component programming and is required to interface with customers' firmware design engineers to resolve programming issues or to provide technical assistance.- Monitors and reports on productivity and quality of first articles.- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.- Required to author technical literature such as: Standard Work Instructions, Engineering bulletins, FQR and failure analysis reports.- Engage with Sales and 3rd Party Programming Vendor on new projects.- Work alongside team members to investigate software solutions.- Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.- Technical calibrations & research with sales & other Arrow depts.& Suppliers in support of the customer design.- Active contribution to teams on time performance goal and team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Installing, upgrading, test, and modifying programming software.- Other duties as assigned.**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree in Electronics, Computer Science (or similar) and 0-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Experience in software development using C/C++.- Able to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for product conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.- Electronics background- Flexibility to work additional hours to fulfill job duties.- Excellent Customer Service.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Multitasking abilities.**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.That's why we offer competitive financial compensation, including various compensation plans, and a solid benefits package.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 40% vacation premium- 10 vacation days- Vision Assistance- Life Insurance- Healthcare Insurance- Food/Pantry Vouchers- Restaurant Vouchers- Savings Fund- Growth Opportunities, and more**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:$27,****** - $33,****** MXN Monthly**Location**:MX-JAL-Zapopan, Mexico (Guad Whse) 47.5 Hrs**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Engineering and Technology
