Team Overview and Job responsibilitiesWe believe that today's talents are tomorrow's global leaders and we are eager to brighten your futureWe have an exciting opportunity for youWe are looking for a technician to join our Maintenance team.Based in Durango - Mexico.Main responsibilities:- Meet the Quality, Production and Waste goals.- Become aware of the quality policy, quality objectives and the contribution to the efficiency of the Quality Management System, including both the benefits of improving performance and the consequences of failing to comply with the QMS requirements.- Execution of preventive and/or corrective maintenance on factory equipment/systems.- Notify a superior of the request for new or special spare parts that have not been registered in the spare parts warehouse system.- Follow the escalation flow and report to leaders and supervisors.- Respect and comply with the safety rules, as well as the Internal Work Regulations throughout the plant.- Keep your work area clean and tidy according to the 6 S's program established for the company.- Responsible for participating and improving the implementation of engineering projects, production and improvements in equipment and installed machinery.- Responsible for participating in the development and performance of the HSE.- Work as a team, and who is empowered according to the relevant certification procedures and train new members.- 1Provide guidance and awareness to all operating personnel regarding the proper functioning of production lines in order to increase productivity, reduce waste and potential risks in terms of health, safety and environment.- 1Responsible for participating in the development and performance of the HSE and ISO/TL/PQMS Quality System.- Provide support in the search for corrective and preventive actions as well as continuous improvement actions.- Execute and carry out other activities that are provided by their supervisors as long as they are related to the job for which they were hired.- Comply with the guidelines established by the environmental management system.Who are we looking for?- Professional in Technical/Engineering: Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics.- More than 6 months of experience in related positions.- It requires having the technical knowledge to understand the operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to concisely carry out repairs.- Knowledge in Industrial Instrumentation, DC and AC electric motors, repair of electronic cards, use and handling of forklifts, confined spaces, work at heights, cutting and welding, lifting, handling of chemical substances, lockout and tagout (LOTO), hand tools and power, electrical works.- Critical thinking, problem analysis, decision making, results oriented, creativity, assertive communication, teamwork.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group's success.Prysmian Group is committed to the development of an organization that prioritizes talent, where people feel respected, appreciated and free to fully express their human potential.Prysmian Group strongly believes that diversity drives meritocracy and brings significant value at all levels of the organization, increases the possibility of capturing market opportunities and maximizing value for our customers and shareholders.Prysmian Group bases its decisions on principles of equality, with evaluations based on the type of position and with a focus on best practices so individuals succeed based on their efforts and skills and their alignment with applicable job requirements._
