Location: Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM PT About the role Our client is launching a high-impact, memoir-driven cinematic audio series built around emotionally charged, true storytelling. This project is designed as a storytelling universe — starting in audio and expanding into books, courses, and future film and TV adaptations. The brand is rooted in raw emotion, narrative tension, cultural impact, and cinematic depth, with a strong focus on building an obsessive, highly engaged social community. They’re looking for a Creative Content Manager to own all short-form video output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. This role transforms each podcast episode into gripping 8–60 second cinematic micro-stories that spark obsession, sharing, and growth. Audio mixing is handled separately; your focus is visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and distribution. What You’ll Do Edit 90–100 short‑form clips per month using provided audio and video. Create emotionally charged, scroll‑stopping clips (8–60 seconds). Add captions, subtitles, zooms, text emphasis, and cinematic pacing. Select and execute powerful hooks within the first 1–2 seconds. Export platform‑optimized versions for IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Publish 3+ reels per day with a consistent 7‑day posting cadence. Write captions aligned with a cinematic, emotional, raw, and intelligent tone. Engage with community comments daily to build connection and loyalty. Identify high‑impact moments, cliffhangers, humor, and emotional beats. Pitch weekly clip ideas and maintain a library of top‑performing moments. Monitor trends, experiment with formats, and refine content based on resonance. What You Bring Experience creating cinematic short‑form content for social platforms. Proven ability to turn long‑form narrative or storytelling content into short clips. Strong instinct for emotional storytelling, pacing, and narrative tension. Deep understanding of social‑first pacing and virality mechanics. Ability to quickly identify compelling hooks and emotional beats. Highly organized with experience managing high‑volume content output. Strong creative judgment, avoiding cheesy, guru‑style content. This is a central creative role in a culturally ambitious storytelling project built for long‑term impact. You’ll help shape the emotional pulse of a brand designed to scale far beyond social and audio, into books, education, and long‑form entertainment.
