Sr. Analyst, People Analytics

Location: Guadalajara ECoE_(Remote)_, Mexico.Reports to: Senior Manager, People AnalyticsThe Sr.Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting will be responsible for executing and supporting the Digital HR COE's research agenda relating to workforce analytics and reporting.They will conduct analysis, develop insights, advise colleagues, and work with other Ingredion teams to operationalize recommendations.Core Responsibilities:- Work closely with Sr.Manager, People Analytics to prioritize and execute on workforce analytics, reporting projects, and operational tasks with enterprise impact- Create monthly / quarterly reports containing data analyses and insights for senior management and stakeholders, identifying overall storylines and key takeaways- Create datasets from multiple-systems in MS Excel / MS Access for ad-hoc reporting and targeted analyses.As needed, create custom calculations, formulae, metrics and charts based on business requirements- Create Workday and/or Power BI reports and dashboards- Tackle complex talent issues through a data-driven lens, building visualizations to enable self-serve analytics (using Power BI)- Conducting custom analysis (descriptive and predictive) using various HR data sources - e.g., help define and test "success profiles"- Collaborate with Shared Services team to establish ongoing reporting needs and formats, as well as formalize governance structure to ensure a single source of truth for workforce data and metrics- Conduct external market research and maintain a pulse on current thought leadership around workforce reporting topics, tools, and methods- Continuously iterate process to adapt to evolving needs, constraints, and opportunities- Requirements:_- Experience analyzing people (HR) data, connecting dots to generate insights, and telling stories with numbers _is a must._- Advanced knowledge of HR, Talent and Workforce Metrics, HR data, Metric Calculations, and use of metrics in measuring process and HR results.- Advanced English level is also a must.- Advanced skills in Excel (including Macros, Formulae, Functions, Pivots, WhatIf Analyses etc.) data analysis and reporting.VB Scripting a plus.- 5+ years' experience in HR and/or as part of a global HR team supporting multiple geographies and business groups.- 4+ years' experience is creating HR reports with enterprise HRMS reporting tools, like Workday (preferred), Oracle, People Soft, SAP, etc.Other hands-on report writing experience will be considered as well.- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a quantitative field, e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.; Master's degree is preferred.- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other similar data visualization solutions/tools.- Experience successfully leading end-to-end workforce reporting dashboards and can speak to actions taken and pitfalls to avoid.- Great communication skills, able to comfortable switch between in-depth data discussions to high-level business presentations.- R, Pyhton, Stats, and other tools and programming languages related to Data Analytics is a huge plus.- Behaviors and attributes:_- Passion for people data analysis- Ability to research and learn new reporting functions related to the tools in use, and enthusiasm for learning new skills as needed.- No ego - proven track record of working collaboratively to achieve collective goals.Company Background:Ingredion is a Fortune 500 public company, provider of ingredient solutions that helps nourish, comfort, sustain, and delight people around the world.Ingredion's wide range of ingredient solutions is strategically designed to address changing consumer trends and preferences.Our specialty portfolio includes starch-based texturizers, clean and simple ingredients, plant-based proteins, sugar reduction and specialty sweeteners, and food systems.Our innovative ingredient solutions are used by consumers in everyday products, from foods and beverages to paper and pharmaceuticals.And we do it all in a planet-friendly sustainable manner.We bring the potential of people, nature, and technology together to make life better.That's our purpose.We are_all IN_ to make life better- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status._Relocation Available:Yes, Within Country
