Sharepoint Administrator

Ria's mission is to be the most progressive money transfer company in the world by offering service excellence and the most competitive and reliable remittance payment services to our customers.We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Administrator to design, manage, and maintain our SharePoint sites, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related Microsoft 365 solutions.This role will ensure the efficient operation, security, and optimization of our Power Platform environment while supporting business needs and driving digital transformation.**Administration & Maintenance**:- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.- Oversee the governance, security, and performance of Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Microsoft best practices.- **Development & Design**:- Design, develop, and optimize Power Apps solutions, including model-driven and canvas apps.- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.- Customize SharePoint forms using Power Apps and integrate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services.- **Support & Troubleshooting**:- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements.Work with business teams to gather requirements and enhance user experience.- **Collaboration & Training**:- Work closely with IT, business users, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.- Provide training and guidance to end users on Power Platform capabilities.- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and emerging Power Platform technologies.- Strong experience managing SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.- Hands-on experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Power Apps and automated workflows.- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices.- Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, or other data integration tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**Preferred**:- Experience with Power BI, Teams integrations, and custom connectors.- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.- Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.Benefits: Our package includes Competitive salary, 1 month of Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus),15 days' vacation, Life insurance, Food vouchers and Work-life Balance.Ria values diversity and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.We provide equal opportunities to all employees and applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
