Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or other equivalent technical discipline
  • 4+ years IT industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
  • English: spoken fluently

What you need?

  • 4+ years in O365 management, mailbox Migration and Products (sharepoint,Onedrive).
  • Expert with PowerShell scripting, MS O365 administration, O365 security, MS tenant structures and networking cloud services.
  • Ability to develop rich apps using Azure AD
  • Professional experience in Azure Active Directory
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies, Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel a
    big plus.

Responsabilities:


• Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.


• Monitor Microsoft 365 Service Health and proactively address incidents, advisories, and service disruptions.


• Manage user lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, license management, mailbox access, and data retention.


• Oversee Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups.


• Configure and maintain mailbox policies, retention policies, mail flow rules, and connectors.


• Troubleshoot mail flow issues, email delivery failures, and spam/phishing incidents.


• Support Exchange On-Premises environments, including application relay, server maintenance, patching, and issue resolution.


• Coordinate and manage hybrid Exchange mail flow and connectivity.


• Possess hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security best practices.


• Work with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and the Microsoft Purview Compliance Center for threat protection and compliance management.


• Implement and manage retention policies, litigation holds, and eDiscovery workflows.
