Your Impact As a Technical Product Manager with a strong focus on User Experience (UX), you will be a part of a global transformation program that blends business and technology. You will engage in the design and delivery of intuitive, impactful solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to craft seamless customer journeys, facilitate workshops, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps and presentations. Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle with a focus on user‑centered design and business outcomes. Ensure product solutions are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling. Collaborate with designers using Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI assets. Leverage AI and data‑driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. Gather and synthesize business requirements. Build presentations and create product roadmaps. Act as a trusted advisor on process improvements. You will work with CETO Leadership: Defining transformation strategies and business priorities. UX/UI Designers: Partnering to ideate, prototype, and test user experiences. Engineering & AI Teams: Translating user insights into scalable, impactful features. Sales, Marketing, & Renewals: Ensuring business requirements and user needs are seamlessly integrated. Program & Project Managers: Aligning resources and timelines for smooth delivery. Customers & Partners: Engaging in research, feedback, and co‑creation to drive adoption and delight. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or minimum of 2 years of experience working in a software company. UX experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, or LucidChart. Experience as a product manager in previous roles and understands how to balance out‑of‑the‑box vs. custom solutions when designing for enterprise customers. Experience either as a Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer, or any past experience with Cloud Platforms. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams. Preferred Qualifications Someone with a passion for business transformation. Proven experience gathering business requirements. Experience working with AI‑powered products or using AI to drive product features and insights. Inspirational communicator, adept at crafting compelling presentations and product roadmaps. A desire to improve process and procedures, for various team members across Marketing, Sales and Renewals.
