Use of Oracle (Global Quotation Form), Flow Product Advisor, Toolkit, CRM and OCM.Work together with the Solutions group to develop new projects.Technical support to Sales and Customers.Ensure the maximum number of Orders from the number of Proposals.Updated price lists to representatives and internal sales group and keeps them updated in SharePoint.Provides Technical trainings for representatives and new employees**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Review of customer specifications and request for offer documents.- Selection of equipment, spare parts and services based on customer specifications and needs- Preparation of quotes for equipment and spare parts.- Work together with Sales and Solutions area- Product and tools training for new employees and representatives- Technical support to Sales and Customers.- Provide technical support to the Customer using all possible means of communication.**Who You Are**:- You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive.You build the customer relationships.You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Chemical, Control and Automation or Industrial Engineering.- At least 3 years of experience selecting and dimensioning Rosemount Measurement and Analytical instrumentation.- Site service experience is not required but desirable.**Our Offer To You**:At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees.At Emerson we have different Employee Resource Groups that demonstrate our commitment with DE&I.Through continuous development of activities, programs, and social awareness.
