Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensure full compliance with Mexican customs laws and regulations (Ley Aduanera, ReglasGenerales de Comercio Exterior, etc.) across all import/export operations.- Participate on continuous improvement projects focused on customs compliance programs,policies, and procedures.- Coordinate internal audits of MX customs documentation for all import and export operations.- Manage via VUCEM import licenses (COFEPRIS & SENER)- Manage via VUCEM Rule 8 licenses.- Respond to inquiries from Mexican customs authorities (SAT, Secretaría de Economía).VAT certification.- Develop internal training and guide teams on compliance best practices andregulatory changes to minimize risk and ensure seamless cross-borderoperations.- Maintain metrics and reporting related to customs compliance and identify areas of riskor improvement.- Advanced experience with IMMEX program and Annex 24 software- Perform accurate products classification under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) forMexico and United States; Finished goods, raw material, chemicals, supplies,MRO.- Analyze and communicate impact from DOF & US regulations- Manage fixed asset customs compliance- On a dailybasis provide support to import-export operations teamExperiência y requisitos**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, International business administration, or similar- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs compliance, strongly emphasizing Mexican regulations and manufacturing operations- Expert knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, T-MEC/USMCA, IMMEX, and PROSEC programs.- IXPORT experience (desirable)- Advanced english level (desirable)- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environmentBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Importación y Exportación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
