Senior IT Product Owner MXT

As a Senior IT Product Owner, you'll collaborate closely with experienced product managers and cross‑functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs. Leveraging strong analytical skills and passion for technology, you'll assist in gathering market insights, conducting user research, and prioritizing features to drive product development and innovation. You will support the execution of product initiatives, coordinating activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing. With guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in product management, agile methodology, and stakeholder communication, playing a crucial role in delivering value to customers and contributing to the success of our tech products and services. Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs. Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders—including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering—to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring process maps are signed off with sponsors. Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features, and setting release timelines based on business objectives and user needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact on user experience, business value, and technical feasibility. Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate product features to meet quality standards and user expectations. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success. Continuously seek improvements, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhance overall user experience. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management. Provide support to customer‑facing teams, responding to inquiries and addressing product‑related issues. Collaborate with product management peers and other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. Communicate complex ideas, influence diverse audiences, and drive stakeholder alignment. Mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth. Understand the industry, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations. Perform other assigned job‑related duties aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of relevant product management experience. Intermediate knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to present to senior leadership. Value‑based decision‑making. Analytical problem‑solving skills. Time‑management and prioritization skills.
