**Position**:Business Operations Manager IIJoin our ECS division at Arrow in GuadalajaraWe're growing our team, and this is your opportunity to be part of it.The Business Operations Manager will oversee a team of individual contributors who are responsible for maintaining and providing support of foundational data elements including items, pricing, authorizations and customer related information.In this role, leadership, acute organizational skills, analytical thinking, and great communication skills will be the way to success.**What you'll be doing**:- Manages team, resources and interfaces with other teams to ensure operational services to customers and business team met internal & external customer services levels and operational KPIs.- Strong interaction with other departments in order to secure a correct workflow during the business operation.- Develops and implements service and team strategy plans and goals in collaboration with other teams/customers.- Talent development, coaching & training of team.- Review business performance metrics, provides governance and resolution support.- Implement and drive documentation and reporting of key metrics and results.**What Are We Looking For?**- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the field; a 4-year degree is preferred; advanced education is a plus.- Advanced Excel skills- Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities- Effective time management skills- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly- Proven leadership experience is required.- Oracle ERP, Salesforce and PowerBI experience a plus**What's in it for you**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.That's why we offer competitive financial compensation, including various compensation plans, and a solid benefits package.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 40% vacation premium- 12 vacation days- Vision & Dental Assistance- Life Insurance- Healthcare Insurance- Food & Restaurant Vouchers- Savings Fund- Growth Opportunities and moreAnnual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$75,****** - $90,000 MXN Monthly**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:$78,****** - $92,****** MXN Monthly**Location**:MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Business Support
