About usSingle Digits was founded in, and inwas acquired by GI Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco.We are a fast-growing managed technology service provider.We design, install, and manage secure wireless networks for student housing, hotels, apartment complexes, and senior living facilities.We offer a complete turnkey solution, from network design and RF planning to deployment and ongoing network maintenance and support.We have almost 6,000 customers worldwide, and over 1.1 million people connect to a Single Digits managed network daily.About the PositionReporting to the Vice President of Human Resources in the US, the HR Generalist - CALA assists with the daily functional activities of the company's Human Resources Department in our Mexico location including compliance, interviewing and hiring staff, administrating pay, benefits and leave, enforcing company policies and practices and office management.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAdministrate, document, submit and review weekly payrollEnsure compliance of weekly payroll controlsElaborate weekly / monthly / annual reports (compensation, costs, rosters, turnover)New hire onboarding (internal policies, IT request, documentation, contracts)Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openingsReview, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainingMaintain compliance with federal labor laws and regulations, review and update policies and practicesHandle employee-related inquiries, referring to appropriate staffCoordinate and conduct employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsProcess and track all employee approved requests - PTO, travel etcMaintain multiple platforms and files with correct data (Paylocity, Edenred)Experience and TrainingMinimum 4 years' experience in a similar position.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology or other relevant area of study.Advanced level of English as a second language (written and spoken)Based in Tijuana BCBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsFull Time Position - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional need to work beyond designated hours.Wages commensurate with role and experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
