Role purpose The main focus is to provide support to the clients of the BBU segment to free the RM from administrative procedures in order to dedicate it to the work of sales and business generation. Main Activities Customer service in general clarifications. Account maintenance care. Management of ruling of minutes and / or powers. Attention to requests for confirmation of balances and requests for checkbooks. Attention of credit information. Attention to queries or doubts about foreign trade products, credit / debit cards and electronic banking. Attention of cancellation of products. Qualification High analysis capacity. High sense of customer service. Experience in customer service at least 1 year. Experience in identifying clients' financial needs. Advanced knowledge in Financial Products and Services. Requirements Intermediate knowledge in Office packages. Basic English. Proactivity. Collaboration with RMs and other areas of the bank to meet customer needs. You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
