chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operationTroubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutionsConduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptimeMaintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customersCollaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service deliveryPosition current and valid Driver's License with no restrictionsExperience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environmentsNo immigration sponsorship availablePhysical DemandsPosition requires working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty)Position requires lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periodsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related fieldHands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipmentExperience with boilers,
