TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities.Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.**What your background should look like**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor ´s degree.- 3-5 years in a similar position.- English advanced.**Functions-Responsabilities**:- Maintains control over the expenses generated in the department for improvements in the equipment and facilities.- Keep management informed of the current status in terms of maintenance costs.- Generate statistics of dead time against productive time.- Detect problems due to lack of training and improve the ability of staff to be more efficient.- Brings technical information about equipment and projects.- Supervises the purchase of equipment and parts for the plant as well as the manufacture or modification of machinery and equipment.- Supervise maintenance of continuous services such as electricity, water, gas, air conditioning.- Carry out the work plan for the administration and maintenance.- Communicate to staff the status of the department with reports of expenses and repairs, as well as the performance of the Department.- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Control Systems.- Knowledge of PLC Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens.- Legal framework in Safety of Facilities and Maintenance activities.- **Repairs, adjustments and services of CNC lathe equipment, milling machines and grinding machines, DMG MORI, HARDING, HAAS.**:- Knowledge of high ton presses.- LOTO Program.- TPM.- **Knowledge of casting equipment.FRECH, HAITIAN, ITAL PRESS.**:- Knowledge of induction furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, smelting furnaces.- Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance program implementation.- Make dafety-focused improvements to the machines.- **OEE Follow up.Up time, MTTR, MTBF.****Competencies**:- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- Building Effective Teams- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
