Indirect Material and Services Senior Buyer About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indirect Senior Buyer to join our Procurement. This position will lead the sourcing and purchasing of indirect goods and services across multiple categories and CAPEX, including but not limited to MRO, Presetting, Engineering Projects, Packaging, and Facilities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to : Develop and implement sourcing strategies Negotiate contracts and agreements Drive cost optimization and efficiency Ensure supplier performance and compliance This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience in indirect procurement. Requirements Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills Experience managing complex supplier relationships and contracts Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Coupa) is a plus Ability to work in a fast‑paced cross‑functional environment Fluent in English; Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories Manage supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution processes Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost‑saving opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices Analyze spend data and prepare reports to support procurement decisions Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues as needed Competitive salary and benefits package What We Offer Opportunities for career development and growth Dynamic and inclusive work environment Exposure to global procurement operations Required Experience Senior IC Key Skills Purchasing Sourcing Procurement HR Sourcing SAP Supply Chain Experience ERP Systems negotiation Materials Management Manufacturing MRP Contracts Employment Type : Full‑Time Department / Functional Area : Purchasing Experience : years Vacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
