Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” About the role Four Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol is looking for a Group Sales Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Group Sales Manager is a part of a dynamic team that provides unparalleled experiences to our guests. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for group sales for a geographical region through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and prospecting. The successful applicant will be a focused and skilled negotiator with a proven record of uncovering new business while nurturing relationships with top accounts to meet individual and team goals. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretionary decision‑making. Master Your Cratf Develop new and existing accounts. Promote property awareness to corporate, international and association markets. Maintain communication and relationships with the Worldwide Sales Office network for the assigned region and other Four Seasons hotels to achieve revenue goals. Create and execute a direct sales plan specific to the market assignment. Promote local awareness through relationships with Visit Los Cabos and tourism authorities. Conduct tours of the property for meeting planners and other potential customers while informing them of all hotel services available; entertain customers on the property, during site inspections, pre‑planning trips, and program operation when appropriate. Travel to and participate in group sales‑focused client programs, including regional sales development trips, group showcases and IMEX. Use an account management system to achieve FS minimum standards and maintain knowledge of local and regional competition. Work closely with conference services and catering to execute definitive programs. Conduct all sales‑related interactions with the highest level of professionalism while maintaining specified Four Seasons standards. Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign group contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved. Adjust group pricing and recommend group concessions as needed to secure business, based on the resort’s financial objectives and operational needs. Set food and beverage minimums to achieve and exceed banquet revenue goals. Support team members as needed with site inspections, out‑of‑office coverage, and other duties to support team objectives. Desired Skills and Experience College degree or equivalent experience required. Previous hotel/sales experience (at least 2–3 years) directly related to high‑end/upscale luxury hotel sales. Warm, outgoing, and innovative personality with a team‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, and ability to engage in virtual web settings as well as in person. Knowledge of hotel operations preferred. Strong detail orientation and understanding of anticipatory service for high‑expectation guests. Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed based on business demand and multi‑day travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Four Seasons proprietary applications (Delphi, Opera, Salesforce preferred). Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required; Spanish or other language skills preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, acute attention to detail, proven negotiation skills, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and proven record of positive relationships with worldwide sales teams and clients. Travel within the market is required.
