Join the team at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol as Group Sales Manager.Role and responsibilitiesFour Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol is looking for a Group Sales Manager who will be part of a dynamic team that provides unparalleled experiences to our guests. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for group sales for a geographical region through active promotion, solicitation, and prospecting. The successful candidate will be a focused and skilled negotiator with a proven record of uncovering new business while nurturing relationships with top accounts to meet individual and team goals. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretionary decision-making.Master Your CraftDevelop accounts (new and existing).Promote property awareness to the corporate, international and association markets.Maintain communication with Worldwide Sales Office network for the specific assigned region, and with other Four Seasons hotels toward achieving revenue goals.Create and execute a direct sales plan specific to the market assignment.Promote local awareness by maintaining relationships with Visit Los Cabos and tourism authorities.Conduct property tours for meeting planners and potential customers; entertain on property, during site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operations as appropriate.Travel for and participate in group sales programs including regional sales development trips, group showcases and IMEX.Utilize an account management system to meet Four Seasons standards and understand competition.Collaborate with conference services and catering on program execution.Conduct all sales interactions with professionalism and Four Seasons standards.Negotiate, draft, generate and sign group contracts to meet budget and revenue targets.Adjust group pricing and offer concessions as needed to secure business based on objectives.Set food and beverage minimums to achieve banquet revenue goals.Support team members with site inspections, coverage, and other activities to achieve team objectives.Desired Skills and ExperienceCollege degree or equivalent experience.Previous hotel/sales experience (2–3+ years) in high-end/upscale luxury hotel sales.Warm, outgoing, and innovative personality with a team-oriented mindset.Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, with ability to engage in virtual and in-person settings.Knowledge of hotel operations preferred.Strong attention to detail and anticipatory service when working with high-expectation guests.Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business demand and multi-day travel.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn Four Seasons applications (Delphi, Opera, Salesforce recommended).English language proficiency required; Spanish or other languages preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills; proven relationships with worldwide sales teams and clients.What to ExpectBe part of a caring team with a family spirit.Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential.Work in a diverse and challenging environment and engage with the leadership team.Recognition for your accomplishments.Schedule & HoursBased at the resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.Travel within the market is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
