El enlace científico médico (MSL) actuará como experto científico en hemato-oncología, apoyando la estrategia médica y la participación sobre el terreno.El MSL aportará conocimientos clínicos, colaborará con líderes de opinión clave (KOL) y contribuirá a la excelencia médica en indicaciones hematológicas y oncológicas.ResponsabilidadesActuar como enlace científico con los profesionales de la salud, incluyendo hematólogos, oncólogos, alergólogos y especialistas en medicina interna, entre otros.Priorizar, medir y asignar recursos a las iniciativas médicas en función de su impacto directo en la atención al paciente, utilizando métricas detalladas para orientar la toma de decisiones y demostrar su valor.Identificar, mapear y establecer relaciones con líderes de opinión clave en hemato-oncología y enfermedades raras, manteniendo un seguimiento estricto de los casos clínicos.Compartir iniciativas transformadoras que aborden las necesidades no satisfechas y los espacios en blanco en la atención médica, como la equidad en la salud, mediante la creación de organizaciones adecuadas para su propósito más allá de los puntos de referencia de la industria.Presentar y discutir la evidencia clínica relacionada con las terapias dirigidas, incluyendo la eficacia, la seguridad y los resultados de los pacientes.Representar a Pint Pharma en reuniones científicas, simposios y congresos, mostrando la innovación en la atención hematológica y oncológica.CualificacionesLicenciatura en Medicina, Farmacia, Bioquímica, Biología o ciencias de la salud relacionadas.Se valorará un título de posgrado.Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como enlace científico médico o en puestos similares relacionados con asuntos médicos dentro de la industria farmacéutica o biotecnológica.Sólidos conocimientos sobre evidencia clínica y capacidad para comunicar datos científicos de forma clara y eficaz.Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en hemato-oncología, enfermedades raras o terapias dirigidas.#J-*****-Ljbffr
