**Essential duties**:- Oversee and manage all aspects of security operations - Keep Management informed immediately, in real time, of all problems, issues, concerns.Communication is required and expected to be prompt and timely.No exceptions.- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a secure working environment- Lead investigations into security incidents- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the company's employees, assets, and facilities.- Oversee the security operations team and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate potential threats.- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in security technology to improve the company's security posture.- Managing a team of security personnel comprising both internal and external personnel.- Conducting investigations and assessments on security threats and risks within and outside the organization.**Job specifications**:- The Security Manager must have a degree in security administration, criminal law or industrial security related- The position requires integrity, intelligence, experience and dedication.- The Security Manager must also have a comprehensive understanding of security policies, regulations, and best practices in the industry.Working knowledge of security programs, systems, procedures and techniques;- this includes knowledge of or the ability to research related legislation/regulation.Demonstrated- ability to solve problems and be proactive.- Management skills and can also operate as a team player.- Project management.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Advanced.- Valid Visa- SentriTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Programa de referidos- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
