Requisitos Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, o afín. 7+ años de experiência en infraestructura, operación, cumplimiento y / o seguridad en tecnologías de la información. 7+ años de experiência en gestión de los recursos humanos dentro de los equipos de tecnología. 7+ años de experiência en gestión de proyectos y / o habilidades de análisis de negocio. 7+ años de experiência en infraestructura y las plataformas en la nube. 7+ años de experiência en procesos de Gestión de Incidentes. 7+ años de experiencia en problemas dentro del centro operativo de tecnología. 3+ años de experiência con la herramienta ITSM de Service Now. 3+ años de experiência com ITIL (preferentemente certificación 4.0). Funciones Identificar, priorizar, registrar, clasificar, escalar y monitorear incidentes hasta que los servicios afectados vuelvan a funcionar normalmente. Participar en los procesos de resolución de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz y documentar las actividades y eventos. Realice un seguimiento e informe sobre métricas y KPI (por ejemplo, disponibilidad y rendimiento del servicio). Garantizar que se mantenga una comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas adecuadas durante un incidente importante. Evalúe de forma proactiva el impacto de los próximos proyectos de TI en la comunidad de usuarios. Capacitar / entrenar a los nuevos empleados dentro del equipo / grupo. Se ofrece Sueldo mensual libre de $50, al mes. Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 horas. Modalidad híbrida (presencial y home office).
