Maintenance Electrical EngineerObjectiveEnsure the reliability, availability, and safety of the plant's electrical systems and equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as efficient failure resolution. This role contributes to operational continuity, reduces unscheduled downtime, and optimizes maintenance costs.Main ResponsibilitiesExecute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical systems (motors, panels, transformers, drives, PLCs, etc.).Analyze recurring failures and propose technical solutions to enhance the reliability of electrical assets.Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and corporate standards.Manage improvement and innovation projects related to electrical infrastructure and automation.Provide technical support to operators and maintenance technicians for complex fault resolution.Participate in defining maintenance strategies based on performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability).Coordinate with suppliers and contractors specializing in electrical services.Document maintenance plans, reports, and analyses to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.Position RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).Experience: At least 2 years in Operations / Maintenance, including Maintenance Planning & Control.Industry Experience: Automotive, Aluminum Handling, or Manufacturing Industry for a minimum of 2 years.Skills: Leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, teamwork.Language: Proficient in English.At Nemak, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D&I) are fundamental to our culture.
