**About Us**:We are AMS.We are a talent solutions business.Working with clients across the globe, we have learned what it takes to be a high performing employer.It starts with talent; sourcing, selecting and keeping the right people in the right jobs.To do this well, you need unmatched expertise in digital innovation, and a deep understanding of the complex needs of the talent you are seeking to engage - whether that talent is external to your business or already inside it.Taking a holistic approach to the HR value chain and to attracting and retaining a world class workforce enables business success.10,000+ experts, across 120+ countries, speaking more than 50 languages, delivering projects for the world's most admired companies.**We are AMS.This is what we do.Talent is our world.****The Role**:Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention.This may be in the form of more rounds of interviews, more data/insight led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures or interfacing with more senior hiring managers.They will follow a high touch workflow investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a Recruiter.**Key Accountabilities**:**Client Stakeholder Relationships**- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders.Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met- Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands- Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable**Internal Stakeholder Relationships**- Monitor funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time- Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers and Administrators on best practice approaches and client culture, supporting them in achieving success in their roles**Recruitment Delivery**- Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements- Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process**Skills & Experience**:- Previous IT Recruitment Experience.- Bilingual in Spanish and English.- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements.- Expert in behavioral / competency-based interviewing.- Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs.- Experience of producing business orientated management information.- Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the client's business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery.- Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis.- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors).- Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors).**Other**:We're a fast-growing, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.**Details**:**Reference**: AMS*****- **Closing**: 10/11/2024- **Location**: Mexico, Monterrey- **Schedule**: Full Time- **Business area**: Recruitment- **Sector**: Technology- **Employment Type**: Permanent
