Concordis a full-scope loan servicerdelivering compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers – and their customers – in multiple asset classes.We are service-focused innovative thought leaders leveraging proprietary technology to deliver comprehensive, configurable, and customizable servicing solutions.subject matter experts proactively partner with clients to maximize portfolio performance at a competitive price.We are forbilingual (English and Spanish) Collection Representative to join our team.Collection Representative is responsible for collecting outstanding payments.You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.Our Collection Representative should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness.You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well an ability to work independently.ResponsibilitiesCollect payments on overdue accounts and locate debtors to make collection arrangements.Outbound collection calls on accounts fromdays delinquent (Predictive Dialer and / or manual)Speak to debtors on behalf of the client using clear language, explaining their amounts owing and determining a plan of action.Receives payments over the phone via Credit Card or checkDocument customer accounts in an accurate and timely mannerSending letters, statements, and payment historiesHandling customer complaints and resolution paperworkMaintain and achieve monthly goalsAble to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assignedQualificationsCall center / collections experienceFDCPA and State RegulationsExcellent analytical and communication skills.Good grammar, voice and dictionKnowledge of loan calculationsAdequate Typing skills, 10 Key, Word, Excel, Microsoft OutlookAbility to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsAbility to read, write and speak English fluently.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plusMust be willing and able to work in excess of 40 hours per week when business conditions or special projects make such scheduling necessaryBenefitsSalary 10,600Guaranteed Bonus 7,000 first monthFood Vouchers 2,000Internet Bonus 400Medical InsuranceLife InsuranceDental Insurance#J-*****-Ljbffr
