Descripción¿Tienes experiência liderando operaciones completas de planta dentro del sector automotriz?Estamos buscando a un Plant Manager estratégico, con fuerte enfoque operativo y capacidad para liderar equipos en entornos de alta exigencia.Responsabilidades principalesLiderar la operación integral de planta (producción, calidad, mantenimiento, seguridad y logística).Implementar mejoras continuas bajo metodologías Lean / Six Sigma.Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs de producción, scrap, OEE y eficiencia operacional.Garantizar estándares de seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento normativo automotriz (IATF/ISO).Gestionar presupuestos, costos operativos y optimización de recursos.Dirigir equipos multidisciplinarios, desarrollar talento y fortalecer la cultura organizacional.Coordinarse con áreas corporativas para asegurar alineación estratégica.Requisitos RequisitosIngeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.+10 años de experiência en manufactura automotriz y +5 en posiciones de liderazgo de planta.Sólido conocimiento en procesos automotrices, Lean Manufacturing, IATF *****.Experiência manejando operaciones de alto volumen.Inglés avanzado.Liderazgo fuerte, enfoque en resultados y gestión de equipos grandes.5 years
