**Resumen de posición**:Sr Operations and Delivery Specialist works with the IT Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations of the stream.He/She will ensure discipline in managing and optimizing the products based operating model, within the stream, by leveraging ways of working set by Nestle IT.**Un día en la vida de...**:- Portfolio management.S/he will make the best possible use of all resources and deliver the maximum value and benefits from products, assets, suppliers and projects/programs within the portfolio.- S/He oversees the end-to-end IT functional support operations (configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, go live, hypercare) provided by near/offshore managed services- Perform project health checks review with Project Managers and Sponsors- Ensure regular sustain activities performance against defined KPIs- Ensuring timely, on quality and on budget deliveries following business priorities- Frequently meet business representatives and product managers to review and align the portfolio- Makes decisions and recommendations for the portfolios that are clearly linked to stream strategy, objectives and goals.- Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through a minimum of 7 years work experience- Familiar with Problems Solving Methodology- Data Privacy and Industry Compliance Standards knowledge are differentials- University Degree is required**Lo que te hará exitoso**:- Works independently and with mínimal guidance- Orchestrate the different teams to perform and achieve the business results- Has in-depth knowledge in IT Operations and can interact/learn from specialists- Ability to work in a multinational & complex environment.
