**About Us**:GDL Connect is a US-based company with operations in Guadalajara, Mexico, providing top-tier nearshoring staffing solutions to lower operational costs without compromising company culture.The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:The Document Review Analyst /QC Closing Specialist reviews loan documents post-closing to identify and correct errors and omissions.This role involves detailed analysis and reporting to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the loan process.**Responsibilities**:- Review loan documents for errors and omissions.- Follow up with notaries for missing stamps and signatures.- Analyze and report on order filling and delivery incidents.- Document regulatory and procedural differences.- Maintain compliance content for procedures and manuals.- Participate in policy and procedure reviews for quality improvement.- Stay updated on regulatory changes and process updates.- Independently review consumer loans prior to closing.- Assist in regulatory monitoring.**Requirements**:- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to consumer lending.- Strong analytical and documentation skills.- Ability to stay current with regulatory updates.- Experience in quality control or a similar role.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary $22k - $25k gross monthly**:- Full **law benefits (20 days christmas bonus, 37.5% vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Private minor medical insurance**Pay: $22,****** - $25,****** per monthWork Location: In person
