The Role As a Process Specialist at Kyndryl, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business transformation. You will lead initiatives to reduce process times, implement best practices, and optimize workflows across multiple business functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of process management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead process improvement projects to streamline operations and reduce cycle times. Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation opportunities. Drive adoption of best practices and ensure compliance with Kyndryl standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor impact. Document processes and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes. Measure and report on operational performance improvements post-implementation. Required Technical and Professional Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems, process optimization, or related roles. Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects in enterprise environments. Experience with automation and digital transformation initiatives. Deep knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio for process mapping and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Fluent English (written and spoken). Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or BPM are highly preferred.
