At BairesDev®, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.Employer Branding Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to execute highly effective brand marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand's long-term potential.What You Will Do:- Help to identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy.- Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies.- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging and brand visual elements.- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.- Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts.- Measure and report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.- Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand updated.- Influence brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.- Increase brand awareness and consideration as well as build market position.- Develop, execute and track collateral and materials for internal and external purposes.- Create and implement brand marketing strategies.- Identify consumer opportunities and develop strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.- Establish positioning, identify the objective audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments.- Assist in the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.- Research product weaknesses and areas to overcome with developing brand identity.Here's what we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Proven work experience as an Employer Branding Marketer.- Proven experience in the implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.- Experience in B2B service marketing.- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.- Creativity.- Trend Savviness.- Strategic thinker.- Highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.- Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, and proactive.- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.- Excellent analytical and project management skills.- Advanced English level.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
