**Training and Learning Logistics - Bilingual and home office**The responsibility of the Associate Coordinator is to ensure training logistics are defined, communicated, verified and followed through precisely, complying with class and operational deadlines.Focus is on training delivery logistics.These include, but not limited to:Distributing class materials and resourcesAssigning labsAssigning facilitiesAssigning instructorsAssisting in Registration and Enrollment of studentsAssisting in class evaluationsAnswering student and instructor questions, troubleshootingCollaborating with students, instructors and internal teamsHosting webinarsThe Associate Coordinator will be trained internally in processes and our software tools.Students, instructors, and customers are located worldwide.**Responsibilities**:Coordinates and completes class preparation; processes training requests to ensure quality deliveriesMonitors classes in progress and reviews feedback andAnswers simple inquiries and issues and escalates other issues requiring attention.Provides simple communication with students, instructors, or internal teams.Organizes and maintains course materials, evaluations, and student certificates frequently with assistance from team members.Assigns instructors from our database to training classes.**Required Skills**:Solid English, other languages helpfulDetail orientedStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask; work on multiple classesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ExperiencePreferred Education:Bachelor's degree in education, English or related field is preferred.Knowledge of IT environment, computers technology
